About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled and charismatic Poker Dealer to join our team in Bournemouth. As a Poker Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing a successful and entertaining poker game, providing a professionally dealt game of poker, and creating a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly into the business and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions, and work with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service.
  • Deliver an excellent quality experience by evaluating individual needs and acting upon this information.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and card room supervisor to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
  • Create an environment of community and fun, and interact with customers in a range of ways that is consistent with their experience and ability in the game.
  • Maintain the security of the game, cash, and assets, and ensure proactive compliance with all regulation, particularly for licensing conditions, and safer gambling.
