Volunteer Coordinator

Our client helps hospitals do more through grants, arts, volunteering, and fundraising. They are now seeking a Volunteering Officer to join them on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12 months, working 35 hours per week.
The role involves serving as the primary contact for prospective volunteers and those connecting with the organisation, creating a welcoming experience while fostering strong relationships with hospital staff, volunteers, and community partners alike.
You will help create impactful volunteering opportunities that benefit both the volunteers and beneficiaries, while also delivering essential administrative support to keep operations running efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual with volunteer management or co-ordination experience to grow and develop with our client's organisation.
About You
To be considered, you will need:
- Experience in co-ordinating or managing volunteers or staff
- The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
The estimated salary for this role is £31,611 per annum, based on a 35 hour week. This includes 25 days' holiday per year plus bank holidays, and additional benefits such as pension contributions and life assurance.
