About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Alina Homecare in Croydon. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as attending appointments, going to day centres, and participating in social activities.
  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help clients with medication management, meal preparation, and shopping.
  • Encourage clients to engage in hobbies and interests, promoting a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
