About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Alina Homecare. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, day centres, and social activities to promote social interaction and community engagement.
  • Support clients with budgeting, shopping, and meal planning to ensure a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Work collaboratively with the Alina Homecare team to provide high-quality support and services.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional support. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives, are flexible, and can work independently.
