Job Title: Service Driver Class 2
About the Role:
Stericycle is a leading provider of compliance-based solutions that protect people and brands, promote health and well-being, and safeguard the environment. As a Service Driver Class 2, you will play a critical role in our Field Services Operations team, responsible for the collection, destruction, and movement of confidential wastepaper and electronic storage devices on behalf of various customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and transport confidential materials from customer locations, adhering to strict security and safety protocols.
- Operate a company vehicle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Interact with customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Valid LGV HGV C Category driving license and current drivers CPC.
- Previous driving or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a 40-hour week over 4 days.
