About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Driver to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Service Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Visiting customers to service washroom products, including soap dispensers, air fresheners, nappy bins, feminine hygiene units, and floor mats.
- Loading and unloading units and floor mats for customers, requiring physical fitness and attention to detail.
- Ensuring vehicle safety at all times and adhering to RI Drive Smart guidelines.
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Working flexibly to support business needs, including varying schedules and locations.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- A full UK driving licence with one year's experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support the business need.
- Ability to use own initiative and have a positive 'can do' attitude.
