About the Role:

As a Senior Night Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting clinical teams in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Your primary goal will be to deliver quality, person-centred care to residents, respecting their dignity and preferences.

  • Team Supervision: You will work alongside the Deputy General Manager to supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance to provide exceptional care.
  • Clinical Support: You will collaborate with clinical teams to support areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews, contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
  • Resident-Centred Care: You will respect residents' dignity and preferences, creating a warm and welcoming environment that prioritizes individualized care and support.
