We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our small HR Team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing operational HR support across the Kinovo Group, working closely with the Group HR Manager to deliver a range of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to support the growth and development of our employees.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflicts, disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace disputes.
- Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Staff Development: Develop and deliver training programs to support the development of our employees.
- Employee Wellbeing: Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives to promote a healthy and supportive work environment.
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified: You should have completed a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 5 qualification or possess equivalent experience.
- Operational HR Experience: You should have prior hands-on HR experience, especially in the construction or building services industries.
- Employee Relations Knowledge: You should have a solid understanding of employee relations, including the practical ability to manage conflicts, disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace disputes.
