We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Studio Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Studio Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality fitness classes that inspire and motivate our members to lead active and healthy lifestyles.

As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for leading group exercise classes, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a successful class programme. If you have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead group exercise classes, ensuring a fun and safe environment for all participants
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member queries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver a successful class programme
  • Contribute to the development of new and innovative fitness classes

Requirements:

  • Nationally recognised group exercise qualification
  • Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
  • Experience working in a leisure-related environment involving customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
