About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Studio Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Studio Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group exercise classes to our members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver group exercise classes to a variety of age groups and fitness levels
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of exercise techniques and safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all members
  • Work collaboratively with the fitness team to plan and deliver a diverse and engaging class programme
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new class ideas and initiatives

Requirements

  • Nationally recognised group exercise qualification
  • Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
  • Experience working in a leisure-related environment involving customer service
  • Ability to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
