Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team working within inpatient services for people with Intellectual Disabilities at Brooklands Hospital. The post is split across the Specialist Assessment and Treatment service for adults and the Adolescent Inpatient Service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical input in the form of assessments, individual and group therapies, team formulation, reflective practice, and supporting other staff to undertake psychological interventions.
- Contribute to and lead on service development projects, undertaking audit and research.
- Provide training and supervision to others.
Essential qualifications include post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology or its equivalent as approved by the HCPC and professionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
Essential experience includes working with a range of clients presenting with a range of clinical severity, experience of working with individuals with a learning disability, supervision of others, post-graduate experience/training and skills in supervision, and evidence of continued professional development.
