We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Lead Occupational Therapist at St Mary's Hospital in Warrington.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead and manage our occupational therapy team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the occupational therapy team to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our service users.
  • Coordinating the implementation of individual treatment plans for occupational therapy services.
  • Participating fully with the multidisciplinary team and encouraging the service users to be fully engaged in their care pathway.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records detailing each patient's rehabilitation / progress.

Requirements:

  • To be qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist.
  • At least 5 years post qualifying experience.
  • Experience in supervising and managing junior members of the team.
  • A full and clean UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to £55,000 per annum.
  • The equivalent of 35 days annual leave (inc Bank Holidays) – plus your birthday off.
  • Free meals and parking.
