We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Lead Occupational Therapist at St Mary's Hospital in Warrington.
About the Role:
This is a senior-level position that requires a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead and manage our occupational therapy team.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the occupational therapy team to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our service users.
- Coordinating the implementation of individual treatment plans for occupational therapy services.
- Participating fully with the multidisciplinary team and encouraging the service users to be fully engaged in their care pathway.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records detailing each patient's rehabilitation / progress.
Requirements:
- To be qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least 5 years post qualifying experience.
- Experience in supervising and managing junior members of the team.
- A full and clean UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to £55,000 per annum.
- The equivalent of 35 days annual leave (inc Bank Holidays) – plus your birthday off.
- Free meals and parking.
