Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team as an Academic Support Professional. This role involves working with students aged 5-18 who require additional support due to various challenges.

This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of approximately £25,329 per annum, depending on experience. Our academic support team operates Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, over 39 weeks annually.

About the Position
  1. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver educational programs tailored to each student's needs, promoting their growth and engagement.
  2. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant is necessary.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively, think creatively, and remain patient in challenging situations.
  • A valid UK driving license is mandatory for this role.
