Deputy Food and Beverage Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Benton Hall Golf & Country Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests.

About the Role:

  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service and quality.
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
