Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Benton Hall Golf & Country Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our members and guests.

About the Role:

  • Manage the front of house team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement food and beverage menus and promotions
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to achieve budget targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and quality control
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth running of events and functions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a 4 or 5-star environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control
