**Job Title:** Children and Youth Work Facilitators

We are seeking two part-time Assistant Workers to join our team at Bathandwells, helping to lead and deliver engaging children and youth work experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and youth, be able to build strong relationships with them and their families, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver children’s work at our 9am service
  • Assist with a Tuesday early evening girls group for 8-13 year olds
  • Help with monthly Messy Church
  • Assist with open-access youth work at our community centre

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a supportive and welcoming environment, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our young people.
