We are seeking a skilled Poker Manager to lead our team at Bury New Road casino, Manchester. As a key member of our gaming team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving results through coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the gaming experience team to provide the best game in town to customers.
  • Develop relationships with customers to make them feel special and encourage participation in gaming activities.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Services Manager to ensure a seamless transition from admission to gaming.
  • Define and implement efficient operating procedures for the Poker Room.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle multiple issues.
  • Extensive knowledge of poker games and rules.
  • Experience in leading a team and creating promotions.
