Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Lead with expertise in electronics or electrical engineering to oversee impactful technical and product-focused projects.

About the Role: This position involves leading complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, technical knowledge in electronics or electrical engineering, and excellent communication skills.


This role is perfect for individuals with a technical background (HNC level or equivalent) or significant practical experience in the electronics/electrical industry.


The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 per annum, considering the required qualifications, location, and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • To lead technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
  • To coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and production staff.
  • To develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • To monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
