About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Placement Coordinator to join our team at eTeach UK Limited. As a key member of our Curriculum team, you will play a vital role in sourcing and monitoring work placements for our students in the Health and Social Care provision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate visits to work placements before and during placements to ensure a smooth experience for our students.
  • Collate feedback and issues that arise during placements and work with the Employability team to resolve any concerns.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are met to create a safe environment for our students.
  • Act as a main point of contact for employers and maintain positive relationships between learners and employers.
  • Undertake record-keeping of student placements and completed experiences.
Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft.
  • A full driving license (with or willing to have business cover) and ability to claim mileage through expenses.
  • Understanding of different qualifications in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience in a Business Support role.
  • Strong ability to create and maintain positive relationships between learners and employers.
