Clinical Improvement Specialist

This role is a 24-month fixed term opportunity for two individuals to work part-time, with a salary of £625 per hour based on a 30-hour monthly commitment. The flexible nature of this position involves attending various committees, conducting site visits, and championing patient-centered culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending committees to discuss patient safety and experience
- Supporting service assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Providing guidance on patient safety and experience policies
- Interacting with stakeholders to promote a patient-centered approach
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
