Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented Customer Support Coordinator to join their team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective administration and management of customer issues, including monitoring the customer services inbox, logging and managing all telephone calls, emails, and portal enquiries from customers, and preparing and issuing weekly reports and exception reports.

You will also liaise with the claims department as necessary and provide feedback to the technical department on defective materials and design errors.

Additionally, you will allocate work to the customer support operative team, site teams, and contractors to address issues, coordinate inspections as required, and oversee the work of contractors and report any poor outcomes to the Customer Director.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer support or coordination role, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
