About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a location convenient to Southend.

  • Develop and implement innovative learning plans to cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students with SEN, promoting academic achievement and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust teaching approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each student's needs.
Requirements:
  • A valid DBS certificate is required for this role.
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN, demonstrating ability to create personalized learning plans.
  • A relevant qualification in education or SEN is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, as well as ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
