Key Responsibilities:
  1. Vehicles Inspection and Specification Verification: Inspect incoming vehicles, verifying their specifications, including mileage, condition, and any existing damage.
  2. Fault Identification and Reporting: Identify potential faults and report them to the technician team for repair or rectification, ensuring minimal downtime.
  3. Customer Service and Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and providing a seamless buying experience.
  4. Document Preparation and Organization: Prepare and maintain accurate records of service history, V5 documentation, and other relevant vehicle paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Marketing and Sales Strategies: Develop effective marketing and sales strategies to attract potential buyers, leveraging your knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide general office administration duties, including data entry, phone management, and email correspondence, to support the team's efficiency.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • IT Literacy: Demonstrate proficiency in using IT systems, including CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Hold a full UK driving licence, enabling you to drive company vehicles and attend meetings and training sessions.
Compensation:

The salary for this position is estimated at around £25,415 per annum, offering a competitive remuneration package that reflects your skills and experience.
