London Operations Program Manager

The Operations Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the Prime Video Trust & Safety program in London. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design operational processes, build mechanisms, and reduce risk across current processes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the Prime Video Trust & Safety program. Your responsibilities will include launching and enhancing Europe-based operational workflows, anticipating risks, managing regional escalations, and overcoming technical constraints with alternate short/medium term solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement operational processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build programs and policies.
- Launch and enhance Europe-based operational workflows.
- Anticipate risks, manage regional escalations, and overcome technical constraints.
Requirements:
- Extensive years of experience supporting classification, compliance, or trust & safety.
- Multiple years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery.
- Knowledge of UK content compliance classification and/or BBFC experience.
- Extensive years of experience working cross-functionally.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum.
