About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) - D67. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies to reach and engage c-suite and senior decision makers across the UK and EU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies to support business priorities and drive engagement with senior decision makers.
  • Own planning and production for bespoke marketing channels, including webinars, direct mail, and sponsorships.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, as well as external media agencies and partners.
  • Drive robust measurement and reporting processes to track campaign impact.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be the conduit between sales and marketing teams. You will work closely with sales to understand key business priorities and develop integrated marketing plans to support those priorities. You will also be responsible for driving visibility of upcoming initiatives to sales and reporting back campaign impact.

Requirements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics such as live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
