Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with students and colleagues, and demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). A background in Psychology or related field is highly desirable, but not essential.
