">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
">Key Responsibilities
">- Deliver high-quality support to students with SEN, focusing on academic skills, social behavior, and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to create personalized learning plans and implement effective strategies
- Assist students in developing their independence and confidence
Requirements
">- Relevant degree in Psychology or a related field
- Experience working with children or young adults with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check
