General Practitioner Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team at GP Practice in Wales. As a salaried GP, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload and provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including consultations, examinations, and treatment.
- Develop and implement care plans in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, adhering to the practice prescribing formulary.
- Participate in audit and quality improvement initiatives to ensure evidence-based best practice.
- Contribute to the development of computer-based patient records and summarizing patient records.
- Attend training and events organized by the practice or other agencies to maintain professional development and stay up-to-date with best practices.
- Clear enhanced DBS check.
- Not subject to suspension under section 41A of the Medical Act 1983.
- Experience working in general practice, with a strong ability to listen to patients in a non-judgmental manner.
- Experience working with vulnerable patients.
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree and fully qualified GP status.
