About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Barley Barn Sawbridgeworth Nursery. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Early Years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, healthy, and stimulating, promoting the well-being and development of all children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
