Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Starbucks. As a leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing a team of baristas and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and customer service targets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of baristas
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize waste and maximize sales

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of Starbucks products and services
