We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team at Microlise. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our content strategies to engage with our target audience.

As a Content Marketing Executive, you will work closely with our PR & Communications Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to support the growth and development of the Microlise brand. Your responsibilities will include creating educational content for our website, social media channels, and internal intranet, as well as contributing to social media planning, writing, and scheduling to support brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation.

You will also be responsible for copywriting for targeted nurture campaigns and scheduling communications via our email automation tool. Additionally, you will support the creation of material for earned media campaigns, including thought leadership articles, editorial contributions, case studies, and award submissions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing content strategies to engage with our target audience
  • Creating educational content for our website, social media channels, and internal intranet
  • Contributing to social media planning, writing, and scheduling to support brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience working in a marketing content creation role
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor content for multiple target audiences
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An active interest in Digital Marketing, with a strong desire to upskill
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to report back and derive actionable insights from data
  • A creative mindset and the ability to craft interesting and thought-provoking content
  • A confident communicator, collaborating with team members and engaging with the wider business when necessary
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as social media management tools and email marketing software
  • A team player who can work well with cross-functional teams, positively contributing to overall the dynamic
  • A passion and enthusiasm for marketing, with a positive can-do and result-driven attitude

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Knowledge and interest in the Logistics and Transportation industry
