About the PositionThe role encompasses managing the purchase ledger, credit control, and administrative tasks. We seek a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and experience working with ERP systems.
Duties and Responsibilities- Purchase Ledger Management: Handle all aspects of the purchase ledger, including invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliation, and cash receipt allocation.
- Credit Control: Implement efficient strategies to manage overdue accounts and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, book travel arrangements, and process clock cards on a weekly basis.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Strong credit control experience and a deep understanding of financial processes.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Email.
- Familiarity with D365 or similar ERP systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
