As a Sales Administrator, You will enjoy investigating customer invoice queries, getting to the root cause and putting them right. You'll work with our customer service, operational, credit control and sales teams to ensure queries are resolved effectively.You’ll enjoy investigating issues and understand that a strong administration function ensures the business runs smoothly.

**What you’ll deliver day-to-day**:
+ Investigate sales ledger queries including delivery and pricing issues.
+ Process requests for new and amended accounts.
+ Process credit requests and goods return orders in SAP.
+ Log complaints accurately on Univar ERP system and co-ordinate the customer responses.
+ Log customers regulatory requests accurately on the ticketing system.
+ Providing first class service by understanding our customers’ requirements and developing a deep understanding of what they need from our business
+ are a UK resident and currently living in the UK
+ are very comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software, (experience of SAP would be an advantageous)
+ delight in investigating customer problems, getting to the root cause and putting them right
+ are personable, organised and resilient
