We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in London, responsible for managing payroll functions across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately calculate and process payroll across European countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain precise records and manage employee benefits enrolment.
  • Stay informed on European payroll legislation changes and collaborate with HR to maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, with specific expertise in European payroll.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or Italian is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
