About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Team Manager to support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of our adult services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive role model to lead and motivate a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers, focusing on delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with autism.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the service
  • Leading by example, demonstrating excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care – Adults or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of working in a similar setting, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train individuals and groups
