Learning Disability Liaison Team Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Learning Disability and Autism Liaison Team as an Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialist nurses to deliver high-quality care to patients with Learning Disability and Autism.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Liaison Nurses, including managing IT systems, ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Support the team in making accessible information, including Easy Read and Social Stories, to ensure that patients and their families can understand and engage with our services.
- Assist with arranging meetings and appointments, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and other professionals.
- Support the team with writing minutes, ensuring that all meetings are accurately recorded and action points are followed up.
- Contribute to the development of the team, including supporting projects and initiatives that improve patient care and outcomes.
