Learning Disability Liaison Team Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Learning Disability Liaison Team as an Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialist nurses to deliver high-quality care to patients with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Liaison Nurses, including managing day-to-day tasks, using various IT systems, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative work.
- Support the team in making accessible information, including Easy Read and Social Stories, to ensure that patients and their families can understand and engage with our services.
- Assist with performance reporting, data collection, and audits to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of management and staff, displaying a high level of tact and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive information.
- Support the team with projects and development within the hospital, including liaising with Community Services to ensure seamless care pathways.
