About the Job

We are seeking a Lead Data-Driven Marketer to join our team at Vista. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategy through data-driven insights.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing media spend decisions using Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution analysis, and lift studies to evaluate both short- and long-term campaign performance. You will have opportunities to delve into other areas of marketing with your teammates, including site merchandising experience, direct marketing, and content marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze media spend decisions using Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution analysis, and lift studies.
  • Develop data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics environment.
  • Experience working as a data planner at a large B2C company or at a media agency supporting planning decisions.
  • Advanced technical skills in SQL (Snowflake) and any visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
