Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing warehouse and distribution operations, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day activities at our distribution & production sites.
- Collaborate with supply planning, transportation, and other teams to optimize the supply chain.
- Analyse data, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvements.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to meet performance targets.
- Previous experience in managing warehouse and distribution operations.
- Strong leadership skills, including performance management and team motivation.
- Able to analyse data and drive business improvements.
- Familiar with GMP and product quality specifications.
Estimated salary: £55,000 per annum.
