About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at BET365. As a key member of our Facilities and Services department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our plumbing and heating services across all our sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on a wide range of equipment, including water heaters, calorifiers, motors, circulating heating pumps, vented and unvented systems, boilers, fans, drives, ground and air source heating systems.
- Taking on additional responsibilities for Legionella management and ensuring all health and safety obligations are met.
- Ensuring sites are maintained in a clean and safe manner at all times.
- Producing, managing and maintaining critical spares lists to minimize downtime.
- Supporting the Estates Manager with the development of process and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- NVQ or City & Guilds certification in a relevant category.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilation, F-Gas and refrigeration.
- Mechanical maintenance engineering experience.
- Gas safe trained.
- Renewable energy installation and maintenance experience.
- Possession of a full UK driving licence is essential.
- Knowledge of hot and cold water systems.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- Knowledge of LEV systems is beneficial.
- Application of good fault finding and communication skills are essential.
