Job Title: Brand Manager, FMCG

Join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment as we seek a talented Brand Manager to lead our FMCG food brand in the Middle East region.

About the Role:

We are looking for a commercially savvy and brand passionate marketer to drive growth across the Middle East region for a global beverages brand. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting the brand image, working closely with cross-functional teams, distributors, customers, and agencies to drive brand growth and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage innovation projects from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-category teams and external partners.
  • Provide insights on consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform local market strategies.
  • Track and deliver the marketing plan, manage creative processes, and develop marketing materials for the region.
  • Collaborate with the SBM to track media plan performance and manage digital & social media campaigns.
  • Source and manage agencies and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong academics, ideally to degree level in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in FMCG brand management, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management concepts.
  • Experience in end-to-end innovation projects, market research, and data analysis.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
