This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a track record in IT recruitment, who can play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory and ensuring our recruitment solutions align with market demands and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyzing market trends and client needs to keep sales strategies current and impactful.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define quarterly and annual sales goals, driving initiatives to exceed them.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the IT sector.
  • Lead sales efforts for large, high-value accounts, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.

3. Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, focusing on continuous improvement and professional development.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Enterprise Account delivery team to ensure a seamless client experience from sales through fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives, brand positioning, and targeted sales campaigns.

5. Market and Competitive Analysis

  • Stay informed of trends and developments in IT recruitment and workforce needs.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand market positioning, pricing, and client requirements.

**Salary:** £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Location:** Hybrid - 3 days per week in Guildford Office.

Requirements:

8+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in IT recruitment or staffing solutions.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within a recruitment agency or similar environment.

  • Exceptional knowledge of the IT industry, technology trends, and recruitment challenges within the tech sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience developing and managing P&Ls.
