We are seeking a results-driven Project Delivery Manager to join our team at Bluegate Consulting Ltd in Chandlers Ford. This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the solution/sales project from conception to completion in conjunction with the solutions/sales team. Key responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations of team members, monitoring progress, and updating clients on project status.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team for successful outcomes. A demonstrable track record of successfully supervising a team onsite, developing teams through training, mentoring, and coaching is essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully supervising a team onsite, being able to demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team for successful outcomes.
  • A leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, offer sound feedback, and resolve conflict.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing teams including training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team both locally and with departments in the wider business.
