We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Men's Weight Loss Support Specialist to join our team at Thrive Tribe. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to men participating in our MAN v FAT Football Club, which aims to help overweight men achieve weight loss and improve their physical and mental health.

About the Job

This is a part-time position of 4 hours per week, offering a competitive hourly rate of £15-£20 (experience dependent). As a Men's Weight Loss Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver effective program implementation and evaluation, while providing ongoing support to our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized support and guidance to men participating in our MAN v FAT Football Club
  • Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to enhance overall program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Thrive Tribe team to ensure seamless program delivery and evaluation
Requirements
  • Candidate should have a current First Aid qualification and access to own transport for transporting equipment to and from sessions
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience is highly desirable
