Project Manager - Engineering Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the engineering sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, interpreting contractual and technical requirements.
  • Oversee project budget, schedule, quality, and resources, controlling project scope and identifying changes.
  • Manage and mitigate risk, hosting regular core team meetings and customer project reviews.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools, holding the project team and contractors accountable for deliverables.
  • Lead site installation and commissioning activities, ensuring seamless handover to customers.
  • Produce monthly project status reports for senior management review.
  • Drive quality and continuous improvement, using non-conformance and project wash-up procedures.

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in an engineering discipline.
  • Relevant project management experience in an engineering discipline.
  • Good planning, administrative, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage several projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including use of MS Project.
  • Valid driving licence and own car.
