Job Title: Senior Care Assistant - Nights

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Abbeyvale, a 42-bed residential home providing care and support to individuals with various needs. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assessing support needs and working with our residents to develop new ideas and methods to improve the quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the senior management team to assess support needs and develop new ideas to improve the quality of service.
  • Work with our residents to initiate and develop new methods to enhance their care and support.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive environment for our residents.
