We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
• Encourage independence and participation in activities, such as socializing and community engagement
• Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans to promote positive outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs
• Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
• Resilience and composure in challenging situations
