We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our T&D team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions
  • Create tailored training programs to meet client requirements
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in children's care or adult social care
  • Driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment
