Key Responsibilities:
- Sell prestige/luxury vehicles and related products, adhering to dealership policies and industry standards.
- Schedule and conduct customer appointments, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Promptly respond to inbound enquiries via email, phone, and in-person.
- Educate and inform customers about vehicle inventory, products, and financing options.
- Perform vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicles, including features, specifications, and financing options.
- Negotiate sales agreements, manage all necessary documentation, and ensure smooth transaction completion.
- Oversee all aspects of vehicle orders, preparation, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be over 23 (insurance reasons)
- Professional demeanour with strong sales ability
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and technical vehicle specifications
- Knowledge of vehicle financing is advantageous
- Minimum 2 year of sales experience
