About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at InFocus. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

As a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and attracting new employees to fill vacancy gaps. You will be the main point of contact for potential candidates, building a good rapport and maintaining continuous contact throughout the preselection process.

You will also organize and deliver the onboarding process for all new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. This includes providing one-to-one support, logging on to in-house computer systems, and introducing new hires to their team members.

Additionally, you will assist the HR team with the administration of recruitment tasks as needed.

This role may suit someone with recruiter experience within a recruitment agency who wishes to experience an in-house position.
